An activity called "Tang Style Fish Feast: Exhibition of Chinese Style Sashimi Culture" was held recently on a yacht cruising the Pearl River, southern China.
Innovative but traditional Chinese sashimi may return to the dining tables of high-class Chinese restaurants as a new fashion.
Sashimi originated in China, and there are many Tang Dynasty (AD618 - AD907) records of sashimi eating methods.
