Vera Wang Brings Gowns to NY Fashion Week

America born Chinese fashion designer Vera Wang, who's best known as a bridal designer, has brought her new works to the New York Fashion Week.

A model wears a gold leaf pattern gown during the fashion show for Vera Wang's Fall 2005 collection.

The female designer's new works included an all-over pleated cocktail dress styled in the spirit of Flemish painters, and evidently impressed the viewers with their "calmness and elegance."

Vera Wang once worked as editor for Vogue magazine, but became best known as a bridal designer.
