A total of 46 people who fell ill after drinking soybean milk in their staff dining hall have recovered after rapid hospital treatment.
The employees at a foreign-funded plastic packaging company, Rexam, in north China's Jianjin municipality, complained of headaches, nausea and stomach pains, while some suffered nausea and diarrhea, after drinking improperly boiled soybean milk at breakfast on Monday.
Those feeling sick were rushed to hospital immediately and have recovered and since returned to work.
Staff of local sanitation and anti-epidemic station went to the scene to investigate shortly after being informed of the incident.
