Amusu It is made with rice or millet. First dip the rice or millet into cold water and then put the rice into theboiler after the water has boiled. Boil the rice on a low flame after adding salt and sour milk. When the rice is nearly cooked, add cream, butter, brown sugar or white sugar and stir the rice until it is done. The rice is shiny, fragrant and highly nutritious.
