Stockpot Pea Noodle

Stockpot pea noodle is made with pea flour. Stockpot pea noodles are rolled as thin as paper and then cut as thin as thread. The noodles are served with minced mutton, sliced bean curd and gravy made with spring onion, red pepper, daylily and balsam. The noodle is a local specialty and is popular with young and old alike.
