China's State Post Bureau promised Monday to deliver express mail to Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, the Republic of Korea, the United States and most of China within the shortest possible time.
The service warranty made by deputy bureau director Zhang Yafei involves an agreement between the China post authority and its counterparts in five other regions.
The time limits will be automatically calculated based on the zip codes of senders and receivers.
If post departments are responsible for delays in mail delivery, customers can ask for a refund of their postage, Zhang said.
He also said customers can dial customer-service phone call 11185 to track relevant delivery information.
