L'Oreal Reports Huge Profits in China

The World's leading cosmetic company L'Oreal has reported a sales value of 1.5 billion yuan or US$180 million in China last year, up 70 percent year-on-year.

The president of L'Oreal China said that the growth rate on the Chinese market was the highest of the L'Oreal companies all over the world.

As the largest beauty products firm, L'Oreal currently sells 12 brands in China since its entry into the Chinese market in 1997. And it has also purchased three Chinese cosmetic companies including the famous brands Yue-Sai and Mininurse.
