Hong Kong has launched a new plan to reduce unemployment by creating over 70 thousand new jobs.
Hong Kong Chief Executive Tung Chee Hwa says this is the largest-ever employment plan in the special administrative region.
He says the SAR government is to earmark 90 million US dollars for this purpose.
And this will push the government's total spending to 140 million US dollars on creating jobs and providing training since April.
