A business promotion center is expected to begin its operation in Macao in August as a service platform for overseas enterprises starting and developing business in the Special Administrative Region (SAR).
Investors will get information about Macao's economic policies and market from the center, which is under the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (MTIPI).
The center will also offer temporary offices and consultancy and administrative procedures services for enterprises intending to invest in Macao, said authorities with the MTIPI.
At present, a number of trade and technology enterprises from Hong Kong and the United States have expressed interest in using the center.
On the other hand, local entrepreneurs can seek overseas partners through the center.
