Hong Kong's Hang Seng China Enterprises Index went up 51.84 points, or 2.83 percent, to close at 1,882.39 Friday.
The Index, initiated in August 1995 and re-based on October 3, 2001, tracks the overall performance of 25 China's state-owned enterprises listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Hang Seng China-Affiliated Corporations Index dropped 16.17 points, or 1.39 percent, to close at 1,146.91.
Hang Seng China-Affiliated Corporations Index tracks the performance of 27 locally-listed companies with a significant equity interest held by entities in China.
Hang Seng Mainland Composite Index was down 7.80 points, or 0.73 percent, to close at 1,057.55.
Introduced on October 3, 2001, Hang Seng Mainland Composite Index gauges the performance of 77 Hong Kong-listed companies with principal places of business in Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland.
