China's top four telecoms operators have gained more than 25 billion US dollars through overseas listings.

Officials made this announcement at a telecom seminar Thursday in Beijing. Foreign investment in China's telecom market has been boosted by the opening up of the country's capital market to international players.  

China's top four telecom operators are China Telecom, China Netcom, China Mobile, and China Unicom.
