Sichuan Great Wall Special Ltd. Co was officially established in Chengdu, southwest China's Sichuan Province on June 30, 2004. It marks an end of reorganization in Great Wall Special by Pansteel.

Panzhihuasteel will hold directly and indirectly 48.94% share of the company and become its biggest stockholder.
