The United States has accepted the proposal of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on freezing nuclear programs as the first phase of the Korean Peninsula denuclearization process, according to Russia's news agency Itar-Tass on Thursday.
ITar-Tass quoted James Kelly, the US delegation head to the on-going six-party talks, as saying. However, the report has not been confirmed up to now.
