More than 30 photos taken in the outer space by Yang Liwei, astronaut of Shenzhou V, Fei Junlong and Nie Hangsheng, astronauts of Shenzhou VI, are on display for the first time in Beijing on Saturday.
They are among the total 250 photos at the photo exhibition on the Shenzhou manned spacecrafts at the China National Museum.
The re-entry capsule, chief parachute, aerospace costume, aerospace food and other aerospace necessaries of the Shenzhou VI, together with a model of the launch site were also put on show.
The three astronauts and other 20 professionals were granted awards for their photography by the organizers at the opening ceremony held on Saturday.
The exhibition was organized by the General Armament Department of Chinese People's Liberation Army, the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense of the People's Republic of China, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the China Aerospace Science & Industry Corporation.
