An explosion occurred Friday morning in the railway station of Zhengzhou, capital of central China's Henan Province, killing one and injuring four others.
The explosion occurred at 6:01 a.m. on the first floor in the ticket-selling hall of the station. The injured have been sent to hospital and the order in the station resumed to normal by press time.
The explosion is possibly a suicide bombing, police sources said.
Seven people have been put under control, and further investigation is underway, the sources said.
Zhengzhou City is an important traffic hub in central China.
