Guo Degang, one of the most popular crosstalkers in China will star alongside internationally renowned film star Jean Reno in September in the comedy film "Sky is the Most Beautiful Place in the World," a cooperation between France and China.

Before he heads to France for filming, Guo will hold a special performance to celebrate his 20-year-long crosstalk career on August 18 and 19 at Beijing Exhibition Theater.

“I am so excited to work with Jean Reno. In the comedy, I play the role of a poor creature who is stranded in France and Jean is a swindler who pretends to be a policeman but unluckily handcuffs us together, which results a series of funny things,” Guo said.

Guo will spend two months in France for the shoot.
