People recite a poem by Qu Yuan, a great Chinese poet, in Zigui County, central China's Hunan Province, May 31, 2008. People in Zigui County will hold a series of events to commemorate Qu Yuan before the day of the Dragon Boat Festival which falls on June 8 this year. Qu Yuan lived in the state of Chu during the Warring States period (475 B.C. to 221 B.C.).
