Pancakes made for quake-hit Sichuan

Many local people of Uygur ethnic group rushed to make pancakes for quake-hit Sichuan Province in southwest China these days. The crusty pancakes, a kind of staple food of the Uygur and Kazak ethnic groups, can be saved for long time, and easy to be transported.
