Shandong cuisines are displayed at the first China Beijing International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) in Beijing, capital of China, on May 29, 2012. Opening on May 28 in Beijing, the CIFTIS attracted exhibitors of various Chinese cuisines, including the best-known Sichuan, Shandong, Guangdong and Huaiyang cuisines.
