Used automobile tires stored at the backyard of a residential building in Lhasa catch fire on Thursday, February 19, 2009. Firefighters managed to extinguish the fire in an hour. There were no casualties, but property damage is still being assessed. Investigation is underway to determine the cause of the fire.
