Mainland sends 2nd batch of disaster relief materials to Taiwan

The Chinese mainland will send its second batch of disaster relief materials to typhoon Morakot hit Taiwan by air on Tuesday afternoon by a special plane directly from the Beijing Capital International Airport to Kaohsiung.
