At least one person is dead and three are missing after their ship capsized off east China's Zhejiang Province Tuesday.
The cargo vessel was docking at a harbor in Zhoushan City when it began listing at 11 p.m. as most of the seven crew were sleeping, the city's border forces said Wednesday.
A nearby ship rescued three members of the crew, and the body of another was recovered at 11:50 p.m..
The cause of the accident and the cargo on the ship remain unknown.
The local maritime authorities have dispatched at lease 10 vessels to search for the missing crew.
