The loop line of Beijing subway was suspended at around 9 a.m. on Saturday after a man jumped off the platform, sources with the Beijing Subway Company said.

A man jumped to the rail track at Chaoyangmen Station, and caused a brief interruption of about ten minutes. The man was slightly brush-burned and taken away by police.

Subway operation has been resumed.
