Convicted drug dealer Tseng Fu-wen, of Taiwan, was executed in the eastern province of Fujian on Tuesday.
He was sentenced to death by the Xiamen Intermediate People's Court in Fujian last September for making and storing drugs.
The sentence was upheld by the Fujian Provincial Higher People's Court and approved by the Supreme People's Court.
His accomplices, Huang Yung-chin and Huang Yung-fu, received sentences of death with a 2-year stay and a 15-year jail term, respectively.
The trio, who started making drugs in October 2006, bought 50 kilograms of ephedrine to make "ice" in Xiamen, before being apprehended on Nov. 13, 2006. Police also seized 63.8 kg of ice, varying quantities of other drugs such as heroin, and equipment and raw material in a workshop.
