Collapse of a brick wall at a cow farm in Luquan City of north
China's Hebei Province killed five people and injured
another Sunday afternoon, local source said on Monday.
The disaster occurred at around 5:00 PM at the feedstuff storage
of the private cow farm when its wall suddenly collapsed and
crushed six farmers who were cleaning the place.
Five people were confirmed dead after receiving emergency
treatment in local hospital, the source said.
The local work safety officials immediately rushed the wounded
to the hospital. And the relevant government departments were
dealing with the aftermath of the accident. Cause of the disaster
is under investigation.
