Police in Jinsha county, Guizhou Province, had to call firefighters after they were unable to remove the handcuffs from a suspect's wrists.

Police had arrested the man on Monday and took him to the police station for questioning. Firefighters used a machine to slice through the cuffs without injuring the man.
