Feng Jicai

Before the fifth session of the 11th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Chinese writer Feng Jicai revealed that he would raise a proposal on banning the practice of extracting bear bile with other CPPCC members.

Feng Jicai, a member of the CPPCC, is an author who focuses most of his works on stories explaining historical events that have occurred in his hometown of Tianjin, China. He also writes stories about the lives of several intelligent men. Feng Jicai is also an artist who specializes in calligraphy and painting.
