A Press Conference will be held during the 3rd Session of the 11th National People's Congress at the Central Hall on the 3rd Floor of the Great Hall of the People at 15:00 pm on March 10th, 2010 (Wednesday). It will be given by The NPC Environmental and Resources Protection Committee chairman Wang Guangtao, the National Development and Reform Commission deputy director Xie Zhenhua, vice minister Zhang Lijun of Environmental Protection, focusing on energy-saving emission reduction and climate change. Journalists from China and abroad are welcome to attend.

Journalists covering this conference may enter the Great Hall of the People through its East Gate by presenting NPC press cards starting from 14:00 am on March 7th.
