A man was found to be still alive six hours after a doctor pronounced him dead.

Li Shuzhen, 54, a resident of Shangluo of Shaanxi province who had a history of heart disease, was said to be in critical condition during treatment in a hospital on May 24. He was later pronounced dead.

However, Li's brother, who arrived at the hospital six hours later, found Li was still breathing. But Li died one hour after being taken to the emergency room. Currently, Li's family is negotiating with the hospital for compensation.
