China's anti-corruption chief, He Guoqiang, has called for greater efforts to build a clean government and step up the fight against corruption.
He, secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China (CPC), made the remarks during a four-day inspection tour in central Jiangxi Province ending Wednesday.
He called for authorities to address public complaints in the fight against corruption and ramp up measures to construct an anti-corruption mechanism.
Efforts should be made to seek both temporary and permanent solutions to address corruption, he said.
