The value of China's currency, the yuan, lost 130 basis points
Tuesday to 7.5232 yuan to one US dollar, according to its central
parity rate released by Chinese Foreign Exchange Trading System
today.
It is the yuan's biggest decline since it hit a record high of
7.505 to one US dollar on September 21.
Supported by rosy US employment figures released last Friday,
the exchange rate of US dollar against other currencies rallied on
Monday’s trading, and strengthened against yuan.
