Chinese shares open higher on Wednesday

Chinese shares opened slightly higher on Wednesday with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.16 percent,to 3,252.04 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index gained 0.19 percent, to 13,375.53 points.
