SOHO China, a leading real estate developer, said yesterday it had acquired a 37-story office and retail complex in Beijing through one of its wholly owned subsidiaries, the second major acquisition by the company in three months.
The Nexus Centre, a completed Grade-A building with a total gross floor area of 103,340 square meters at East Third Ring Road, will be renamed Soho Nexus Centre, the company said.
In August, Soho China acquired an office building in downtown Shanghai for 2.45 billion yuan (US$359 million) from the real estate arm of Morgan Stanley.
