As a gift for 60th birthday of PRC, a book-issue ceremony for "Humanity Tibet" was held in Lhasa, capital of the Tibet Autonomous Region on Wednesday, co-organized by TAR Literature Association and Shanghai Century Publishing Group.

"The author Zhang Ying selects some 3,000 pictures out of countless pictures in his past 30 years," according to Jimi Pingjie, vice president of TAR Literature Association.

In all the series books include "Tibet Costume", "Festival and Etiquette", "Living Custom", "Traditional Buildings", "Tibetan Oprea" and "Religion & Art" with a topic

Mainly focuses on Tibetan folk culture, the book describes at great length on the charming and unique Tibetan culture besides comprehensive introduction of the region's humanity and landscape.
