More than 1,600 Chinese science and technology books were exhibited at the Pyongyang International Exhibition on Architecture Books Tuesday.
The books provided by 13 Chinese publishers showed achievements the Chinese people have made on information technology, industry, agriculture and environment, said Kim Hae Rong, vice director of the national library of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK).
The Chinese book exhibition, a part of the entire event, will boost the bilateral exchanges and cooperation on science and culture, said Hao Xiaofei, Chinese charge d'affaires at Pyongyang.
The architecture book exhibition started on Monday and will end on Wednesday.
