Jacob Cheung's romantic fantasy film "Rest on Your Shoulder"("Jian Shang Die") starring Chen Kun, Gigi Leung, Jiang Yiyan and Kwai Lun-Mei will hit cinemas at the end of June.

Renowned Japanese composer Joe Hisaishi takes the baton as music director, filling the romance story with more than 100 minutes of impressive melodies that fit perfectly with the images.

It has been reported that Hisaishi may travel to China for an exclusive music concert for the film in late May.

Hisaishi has customized theme episodes for each of the leading characters, which will help audiences to better understand the roles.

The story, dubbed a "live action fairytale for adults," follows a young woman (Jiang Yiyan) who becomes a butterfly in exchange for the recovery of her sick fiancé, a biologist played by Chen Kun, who later gets involved in a love triangle.

The 80-million-yuan (US$12.2-million) budget film features a great deal of special effects.
