The romantic film "Eternal Moment" ("Jiang Ai Qing Jin Xing Dao Di") debuted Thursday in Beijing where director Zhang Yibai led the main cast in a premiere ceremony, Mtime.com reports.
Pop singer Faye Wong, who sings the movie's theme song, also attended the film's premiere.
"Eternal Moment" is a sequel to the television drama that aired 12 years ago and features the former cast, including Xu Jinglei and Li Yapeng, Wong's husband. It provides three different endings for the two lovebirds from the television drama.
The film, which is about cherishing memories of bygone days, includes video clips from the television drama that show how the main characters changed over time.
"Eternal Moment" will be released in cinemas on February 12.
