The Dali Universe is proud to present artworks from its world famous Salvador Dali sculpture collection, along with artworks by Pablo Picasso, at the 2010 Shanghai Art Fair taking place from September 8-12.
Held at the ShanghaiMART in the city's cultural centre, visitors and collectors can find over 6000 artworks on display hailing from over 40 countries. After ten years of development, the Shanghai Art Fair now has become the largest and the most internationalized art trade event held on the Asian continent. Chinese collectors can appreciate masterpieces from the 19th century and 21st century, from European as well as Asian collections.
The Dali Universe, who exhibit one of the largest collections of Dali artworks in the world, are proud to present Dali sculpture such as the Dance of Time, Snail and the Angel and Woman of Time, all instantly recognisable as Dali's most iconographic images, cast in stunning bronze measuring up to almost two meteres in height. The Dali Universe has participated in museum exhibitions under the auspices of the Stratton Foundation (www.strattonfoundation.com) curated by Mr Beniamino Levi (www.beniaminolevi.com), and seen by more than 10 million people at over 80 venues worldwide.
Espace Dali is the permanent European exhibition space in Paris where over 300 Dali artworks are on display.
