Four world-famous tourist attractions in Beijing have become the nation's first AAAAA-rated tourist sites.

 

The Beijing Tourism Administration on Monday said the Forbidden City, Badaling section of the Great Wall, Summer Palace and the Temple of Heaven were granted the new honor, which declares that these places are able to provide top tourist-oriented service.

 

Previously, the top level for tourist sites in China was AAAA, or 4A.
