Macao's Educational Restaurant of the Institute for Tourism Studies launched a week-long Vietnamese food promotion here on Tuesday.

 

The restaurant has invited two chefs from Vietnam's National Administration of Tourism, the restaurant said in a press release.

 

It said that the two chefs combine traditional Vietnamese food with French style cuisine in their culinary creations.

 

The restaurant is a training unit of the government-run Institute for Tourism Studies, which trains staff for Macao's tourism, gaming and hospitality sectors.
