Australian singer Kylie Minogue has put her breakup from French heart throb Olivier Martinez behind her, stepping out in China as the face of a new swimsuit range.

She wowed the crowds in Shanghai with her Chinese inspired look -- a long cream cheongsam, blonde bobbed hair and a bright slash of red lipstick. Fans lined up outside the store welcomed her new look with enthusiasm.

In China to launch a new fashion line for department store H&M, which featured a silver bikini she had inspired, the diminuitive Minogue looked confident and assured.

The 38-year-old singer split up with long-term partner Martinez two months ago, not long after completing her Australian tour to celebrate her success in her battle with breast cancer.
