N. Korean Foreign Minister in Beijing for Talks

Paek Nam-sun, Minister of Foreign Affairs of North Korea, arrived in Beijing on Tuesday morning for talks with senior Chinese officials on issues of common concern.
 
"During his stay in Beijing, Paek will hold talks and meet with Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, Chinese State Councilor Tang Jiaxuan and his Chinese counterpart Li Zhaoxing," sources with the Chinese Foreign Ministry said.
 
"Their talks will touch upon bilateral relations, regional and international issues of common concern."
 
Paek is in China as Li Zhaoxing's guest.
 
Paek will also tour south China's Guangdong Province. North Korean leader Kim Jong-il visited the province in January.
