The Young Advocates Program in China will offer training and skills development modules to a group of 120 able and disabled young people from around the region. The training will augment their awareness of the Paralympic Spirit – those ideas of inspiration, determination, participation and equality – and enhance their employability.

The workshop runs through Monday to Friday, but the work will continue long after. Each participant is challenged to encourage and inspire himself, then to encourage and inspire others.
