VLADIVOSTOK, Sept. 8 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Hu Jintao delivered a key-note speech on infrastructure for sustainable growth at the CEO summit of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) on Saturday.

In his speech, President Hu elaborated on China's views and stance on building infrastructure for sustainable growth.
