New York's Lincoln Center was crowded Monday with hundreds of fans who managed to grab a chance to view the premiere of the final Harry Potter movie, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part Two."
Some of them, like Sarah Huntington, even camped outside for the event for six days.
"I can't believe that this is the last time we're doing this," she told Xinhua, "I' m really going to miss them."
Unlike the London Premiere last week, the Harry Potter trio, Daniel Radcliffe (playing Harry Potter), Emma Watson (Hermione Granger) and Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) all made appearances on the red carpet.
Other special guests at the event included directors David Yates and Chris Columbus, producer David Heyman, screenplay writer Steve Kloves and other Harry Potter actors.
All of them got emotional talking about the decade of their Harry Potter journey. "We could not have done this without you guys. This one is for you."
