Renewed bursts of anti-aircraft fire and explosions were heard in the Libyan capital Tripoli on Sunday, after a Libyan military spokesman announced earlier that a ceasefire would start from 9:00 p.m. local time (1900 GMT) following an African Union's call for stopping clashes.
