Snow-stranded migrant workers try to walk home

Migrant workers walk along a snow-covered section of the 319 National Highway, which runs from Xiamen to Chengdu, Jan 19, 2011. The highway was closed on Wednesday due to heavy snow, forcing home-bound migrant workers to start making the final 100 kilometers of their trip on foot. They trekked 4.5 hours through snow before getting on another bus.
