Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko is planning to take holiday leave after her government was ousted by parliament on earlier Wednesday, a government source said Wednesday evening.

The source told Xinhua Tymoshenko had announced plans to take holiday leave at a meeting with her outgoing government, saying that First Deputy Premier Oleksandr Turchynov will become acting prime minister until a new coalition is formed.

Parliament speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn announced on Tuesday that Tymoshenko's ruling coalition had collapsed after losing its majority in the parliament.

Meanwhile, the Party of Regions urged parliament to hold a no-confidence vote on Tymoshenko's government Wednesday.

At the same day, Tymoshenko said if she loses the no-confidence vote, she may not stick around.

Under Ukrainian constitution, the outgoing Cabinet must stay on as a caretaker government untill a new government is formed.

Tymoshenko's government came to an end Wednesday when Ukraine's parliament passed a non-confidence motion.

The motion was supported by 243 lawmakers in the 450-member assembly, 17 more than the 50 percent plus one needed to oust Tymoshenko's government.

Under Ukraine's constitution, political leaders have 30 days to form a new coalition. If they fail, President Viktor Yanukovych can exercise his right to dissolve the parliament and call early elections.
