At least 10 people were killed and 30 others were injured in a suicide bomb attack at the gate of military hospital in Pakistan-controlled Kashmir on Sunday, local official said.

A minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) said the blast happened outside the Combined Military Hospital in Muzaffarabad, the AJK capital.
No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
Several other people were injured who were admitted in the military hospital.
Sources said that some army men were among those killed and injured.
Meanwhile in the south, five people including a paramilitary soldier were injured in a blast in the port city of Karachi, TV channels reported.
Police said that a procession of Shia mourners were to be taken out from Qasba More locality, the site of the blast.
