The Chinese women's national team have upset their Australian
rivals 2-0 for a second straight victory in their two warm-up
matches for the Asian Cup.
China, who beat Australia 2-1 in their first clash on Saturday,
led 1-0 after a shot from Han Duan 20 minutes into the match.
The Chinese doubled their lead shortly thereafter, when young
striker Ma Xiaoxu found the net in the 30th minute.
The Australians had several chances in the second half, but were
unfortunately unable to convert.
The AFC Women's Asian Cup kicks off in Adelaide on July 16th.
The tournament will double as a qualifier for next year's FIFA
Women's World Cup.
